WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We accept card payments with Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. Klarna Slice It/Klarna Pay Later is available only to customers in Austria, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. In other countries we use PayPal.
HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME AND WHAT DOES IT COST?
Our goal is to send your goods as soon as possible, often the same day! Delivery time can vary between 2-5 days, depending on where you live and how high the order pressure is. Note that the delivery time may be longer in connection with public holidays and during promotions.
Standard delivery time and cost:
Sweden 2-5 working days - 59 sek.
Europe 4-8 working days - 8 €
Outside Europe 10-15 working days - $ 11

HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE AN PRODUCT?
You have the right to return an order within 14 days of receiving it. However, this right applies provided that the product is in unchanged condition. Returns and exchanges are sent to Gavelo AB, Skraggevägen 4, 66341 Hammarö, Sweden. Returns are paid for by you. Please note that all items returned must be in the same condition as when you received the item, and sent together with all notes, packaging, etc. Attach a note with your order number and information about what the return applies to. The cost of returning the products is paid by you. If a shipment is damaged during transport to you, Gavelo must be contacted within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
