Violations
If you abuse your obligations under these Terms and Conditions, Gavelo may report this to the police. The following are examples of what is considered a material breach:
·       Orders placed in someone else's name without their consent will be reported to the police.
·       Orders where Gavelo suspects a crime.

Responsibility
Apart from what is stated in the Terms and Conditions and, for Customers who are private individuals, the Consumer Services Act, Gavelo has no liability for errors, deficiencies or delays. Gavelo is not liable for any direct or indirect damage.

Force majeure
Gavelo shall be exempt from liability for damages or other penalties resulting from circumstances beyond Gavelo's control. Such circumstances include government intervention, new or amended legislation, war, fire, flood, work stoppages, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport and weather conditions, non-delivery from suppliers or Gavelo or its partners being exposed to criminal activity.

Ownership
All products remain the property of Gavelo until full payment is made.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swedish law applies to these terms and your use of this website. Disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be settled by a general court in Sweden.
