Nice joggers that fit just as well at the gym as a really stylish everyday garment. Zippers at the pockets! Very stretchy and soft. Incredibly comfortable and just right fit for athletes! 

Normal in size. If you want a slightly looser fit, use a bigger size. 

Wash at 40 degrees. If you dry in tumblers, they shrink more than if you let them hang out. Avoid washing with fabric softener. It affects the elasticity and then the stretch automatically disappears.
